Navya Agarwal is the Founder of IVEI — which stands for “I Value Every Idea” — a Sitapur-based design-led lifestyle brand she started in 2013 at just 23, straight out of her product design degree at Raffles Millennium International, Bengaluru. Her story began with a final year college project, where she discovered that local carpenters in a small village near her hometown could hand-carve miniature furniture to perfection using only traditional woodworking techniques — with zero modern machinery. That moment of awe became the founding philosophy of IVEI: take the extraordinary skill of India’s artisans, pair it with contemporary design, and create products that belong in the modern world. From 4 carpenters and a handful of customers, she has built IVEI into a brand trusted by 6,000+ customers and 200+ corporate clients including HCL, Apollo Clinic, IISc, and Nippon India. A product designer at heart, Navya works with each artisan individually — understanding their strengths, helping them grow their craft, and designing products where their skills shine the brightest. She has also been recognised as one of India’s 100 Most Influential D2C Angels by Indian Startup Times, and is currently exploring her next entrepreneurial chapter as a co-founder.
