Kshitij Rishi is the Co-Founder and COO of 4baseCare a Bengaluru-based precision oncology company building India’s most comprehensive genomics-driven cancer care ecosystem. Founded to bridge the significant gap between cutting-edge genomic science and accessible, patient-friendly cancer treatment in India, 4baseCare provides oncogenomics diagnostics, tumour profiling, and personalised treatment recommendations that help oncologists make more informed, data-driven clinical decisions. As COO, Kshitij oversees end-to-end operations including building the hospital and clinician network, patient enrolment logistics, and the company’s multidisciplinary CARE team comprising Care Managers, Care Companions, NGO partners, and counsellors who provide allied support through a patient’s cancer journey. An XLRI alumnus, Kshitij brings prior experience from Deloitte and GE where he held senior leadership roles in strategy consulting, operations, and marketing as well as earlier entrepreneurial experience that shaped his approach to building operationally complex healthcare businesses. 4baseCare has established academic collaborations with IISc Bangalore and other research institutions, and is working to make genomics-guided cancer care standard practice across India’s hospital ecosystem a mission that could fundamentally improve outcomes for millions of cancer patients.
