Ltd.  an HR strategy and leadership development consultancy that helps organisations build resilient, high-performing cultures through bespoke people strategy, leadership coaching, and business transformation programmes. The name QuintSugi is inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold  a philosophy that Dipali applies to organisations and leaders: that vulnerability, growth, and transformation are not weaknesses to be hidden, but strengths to be celebrated. Dipali brings over two decades of corporate HR leadership experience across industries, having served in senior HR roles in organisations before pivoting to build her own advisory practice. At QuintSugi, she works with founders, C-suite leaders, and mid-size organisations on organisation design, culture transformation, performance management frameworks, executive coaching, and leadership capability building. Her practice bridges the gap between traditional HR consulting and modern leadership coaching, bringing psychological depth, business acumen, and real-world implementation experience to every engagement.
