LVX (LetsVenture)
About
LVX — formerly LetsVenture — is one of India’s most established private market investing platforms, founded in 2013 by Shanti Mohan and Sanjay Jha in Bengaluru. Over a decade, LetsVenture grew into India’s largest angel investment marketplace, facilitating over $400 million in funding across 900+ portfolio companies and building a community of 14,000+ investors. In mid-2025, the platform rebranded as LVX and expanded its mandate from early-stage angel investing to a full-lifecycle startup support platform spanning LVX Start (angel rounds), LVX Grow (growth-stage capital), LVX School (founder and investor education), and LV Debt (non-dilutive financing). The platform is backed by marquee names including Accel, Chiratae Ventures, Ratan Tata, Mohandas Pai, and Anupam Mittal, reinforcing its credibility in India’s startup ecosystem. Shanti Mohan also serves as a Nominated Committee Member of SEBI’s Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) and as a member of the Karnataka Vision Board for Startups. LVX’s portfolio includes notable companies such as TagZ Foods, CheQ, GIVA, Zypp Electric, Cureskin, Airmeet, and goSTOPS, reflecting its multi-sector and multi-stage investment approach.
